"Art Park," a boutique micro-resort of tiny homes, is nestled in the quaint village of Chatham, NY.
Owners Arthur Andersen & Heidi Bryson are transforming a once neglected mobile home park into a unique retreat. Currently, Art Park features four distinct homes, each with its own private hot tub, firepit, and grill—creating a secluded retreat. Stay in one of these curated homes and enjoy being just steps from Main Street, with cafes, restaurants, a pub, brewery, galleries, and shops.
As the project unfolds, vintage homes await their creative transformation.

Arthur’s passion for designing one-of-a-kind spaces, paired with Heidi’s love for hosting, creates a dynamic team. Together, they are transforming a vintage mobile home park into a creative showcase of innovative mobile dwellings with immersive environments, each in its own private oasis.
Arthur draws inspiration from his time serving as a Marine in Italy, where he lived in mobile homes on base. Though he grew up in Salt Lake City, he spent his summers not so far away in Goshen, NY, where his family has roots.
Heidi, a local native, gained invaluable insights into hospitality
while traveling the globe with an orchestra conductor,
experiencing a wide array of unique and upscale accommodations.
