Art Park is the shared vision of Arthur and Heidi—a dynamic duo blending design, hospitality, and a love for creative spaces.
Arthur brings a passion for crafting one-of-a-kind dwellings, shaped by his time as a Marine stationed in Italy, where he lived in mobile homes and began to reimagine what small spaces could become. Raised in Salt Lake City and spending summers in Goshen, NY, he brings both a Western spirit and deep local roots to each build.
Heidi, who grew up just outside of Chatham, developed her love for hosting while traveling the world alongside a renowned orchestra conductor. From grand hotels in Vienna to tucked-away gems in Shanghai, she absorbed the art of warm, thoughtful hospitality in all its forms.
Together, they’re transforming a forgotten vintage mobile home park into Art Park—a micro resort of immersive, private oases that are as inspiring as they are inviting.
